Why not just pirate it and play it offline on your gaming rig like everyone else in this thread? The game is amazing as fuck. You only pretend to hate it because it suits your agenda.

And while you're at it, play Wuthering Waves (Genshin's direct competitor) and the upcoming Azur Promila, Ananta, and NTE too. All of these games do what OP is asking for better than ANYTHING else on the market. This is coming from a massive fan of Xenoblade X, btw.
