This is why you encrypt your harddrive and use Tor Browser when researching shooter manifestos. If any hit your HDD you can delete them and have peace of mind. If you use Linux, you can run `srm` to secure delete files, but it doesn't really work that well with SSDs, which is why you encrypt the drive. `sfill` utility fills up a drive with noise, overwriting files that were not securely deleted, but that's amateur hour since overwriting doesn't work well with SSDs or journaling file systems. Full disk encryption is the only solution.
Last time I checked, you can download 3 images if you report them. That was tested in court many moons ago. But it's highly unlikely that feds will investigate someone reporting things to them. Unless you're a retard and the report is
