the legs are ball-jointed at the hips as models but either the head is way lower down than the exterior helmet or there's nothing in the legs; they couldn't fit internally and perform even this modest pose if the head is where the helmet is; likewise the arms can't include the arms of the pilot if the head is where the helmet is, but just as the fingers of a space marine can't possibly be inside the fingers of a terminator's power fist, that doesn't really mean much
I think what's being missed in these discussions is that Terminators of all types are tactical dreadnought armour - these guys are mini-dreadnoughts who just happen to be further down the dreadnought route than most terminators
with 40k Centurions we know where the legs are really positioned and that it's a step-in mecha upgrade to power armour, but necessarily the pilot's arms aren't inside the Centurion suit's arms and may be simply folded in front of him like a genie; but Centurion legs also have a huge fire-trap when they bend their knees for walking (implied on most but visible on one of them), and the angles are not quite right for Fatties to be able to fit an unbroken leg in to have the pilot's knees at the suit's hips, particularly considering the range of motion necessary to raise the suit's thighs under those conditions
