And it just occured to me that it also applies to demographics.
There's plenty of high IQ Spanish speakers in South America.
Just fix the economy and reject any low IQ immigrants - you'd have a constant influx of intelligent Argentinians, further strengthening the economy and population.

I guess incompetence and short sightedness runs within the Spanish government's' DNA.
