I saw both the hat style one and the bulls with hats one. One of those originated in these threads I think.
To me it just looks like people are excited about experimenting with the styles for the release. This is like the 4th or 5th style for Chorfs we've seen from GW over the years.
As far as the editing goes, that happens pretty regularly with different releases. Pic related. It's all fun hobbying.
