as amazing as the D&D CMF was, it highlights the -problem- Lego has, that they always seem to need to do MORE. why so little? they could have done so much more.
not a single one of those Minifigures was from the D&D cartoon, or from the classic 80's action figure line (Warduke?! Zarak?)
every IP Lego does, it's so incredibly frustrating that they only do a handful of minifigs. Animal Crossing, Fortnite, freaking Legend of Zelda... only 3 Minifigures? for ZELDA?! 2 Links, 1 Zelda. enjoy. (okay technically 3 Links, gimme a break. they know what they did.)
Pokemon is doomed. enjoy your 5 Pokemon and 2 trainers, each 6 months
WHY won't Lego do MORE? They easily could. Fornite the video game has Lego-versions of thousands of characters in the game. that work is already done. done. right now. why not put a few more of those in each set? $100 set with TWO freaking minifigs? insanity.
