In 10-15 years from now once AI is built into every OS and browser I could see websites shutting down the comment section since everything will be overrun by chatbots. AI will get to the point where captcha will not be able to slow them down and they will be indistinguishable from real posters, so websites like 4chan and discord will go out of business.

We would have to invent a real ID system to get around bots, but that would sacrifice our privacy. Imagine the mindfuck when namefags like Temujin and bradysknee end up being AI bots trained on /sp/ data, that's not happening now, but in the future you will see a lot of it.
