That's not a thing. The concept of an "other girl" isn't a thing - there's two separate relationships, and at the moment they are both currently on. There's no special status to the first one aside from them being the one hurt first - Joyce has in a very short time cheated on both of them.
God just fucking read Scott Pilgrim already - everyone has been through this already. it's slightly different because Ramaona didn't know about the first relationship at all, but not that much because in both this and the other Ramona/Dorothy didn't know about the sex happening i.e. the cheating. This isn't a novel situation, scott/joyce are being bad people.
