Sorry for the Reddit formatting, but this is a long post so it's just better to read that way.
I have been having a small problem for about 3 years at this point.
The tip of my dick (just around the urethra) has been reddish for 3 years at this point. When it started, the redness was acompanied by a constant burning sensation. As time went on, the burning has mostly disapeared (sometimes only appearing for brief moments when I'm showering, and in a very mild manner), only the redness is left.
The first 2 things I though about was either a possible std, or urinary infection. I went to the hospital and get tested. I got tested twice, once about 3 months after the redness appeared, and another about 2 years after the redness appeared. Both pannels were 100% clean, even though the redness persisted.
I didn't get tested for a yeast infection, but I applied creams for yeast infections for a few weeks, with no change.
Another thing to note is that there was a period where I stopped using body wash to clean my penis, only water. I also tried some random shit like honey (Very embarrassing to admit). During these experiments, I actually found something weird twice. My dick started getting red spots all over. These spots were not sores, but raher accumulations of irritation in ball shape scattered through the head of my dick. They haven't happened ever again after going back to washing my dick with body wash.
At this point, I think the ONLY thing left that could have caused this was when I washed my dick with alcohol (caused by some paranoia after some dubious sex). I had already done that twice before, and that same redness did appear, though it only lasted 2 or 3 days. The third time I did it, however, the redness appeared the next day, like before, but never left. I was 100% more agressive on that third time too. So, I think this could possibly have been caused by that.
Does anyone here happen to know anything about this? What could have caused it how to cure it?

Honestly Norris needs a free +100 to his WEC standings for the kwab of today. This was easily a F1 Academy-level move, even more mind boggling that this was a championship move.
