You'd need to inflict a fuck ton of bind to rape his speed in order for the other speed conditionals to not proc with how he gains haste and max speed. letting him stack Inner Strength with unopposed attacks is on (them) but there's just too many steroids with no way to neuter it. Gimp the damage he gets from Unrelenting Spirit; less damage on his unique ammo and have the bind inflicted be relevant enough to really gimp his damage. Keep the rest but have the damage inflicted be reasonable. Everything's fine besides the obscene amounts of damage he dishes out on a consistent basis through things outside of your control
