The discourse around the game is just all around toxic because people have now come into the game with a lot of preset biases and notions. Like people who are already unshaken that it has to be a nier automata clone because of conceptual similarities.
I never involved myself in any of this culture war shit and was just curious to see a korean action game with a hot protagonist and was very excited to see some of the boss fights from last year. Came for the pretty girl and flashy combat and I got exactly just that.
