Bought a holy trainer v5 nub, after getting bored of a cheap flat cage. I don't like the feeling of getting a bulge under my skin, and I hope it's an upgrade. Really looking forward to get an infantile pp look.

For nub users, how long do you wear it every day? Do you care about damaging tissues, permanent impotence and infertilty?
