So is political power gain when you're going democratic tied to congress composition or politicians or whatever the fuck? I suspect it's tied to to either my ministers being from whatever sympathies even though they're loyal. Either that or there's some inconsistencies debuffs due to restrictive stuff elsewhere or civil activity and freedoms being low.
