I think to get the results you'd want you'd need at least 1 of two things.
a lora in where several example images of characters who have dropped their hat exist
or
a lora of whitemane without her trademark head wear.
genning characters that have been hard coded with an outfit, it's difficult to remove only certain facets of that outfit.
Harder still to keep them in the composition but in a place other than where the lora has been trained to attribute them to.
