Blobs have more battery which is what makes them great. Maybe when carbon lithium batteries are actually good cubes will make sense, but until then they suck desu. I'd much rather have a blob and one extra battery than a cube with 4 batteries (also constantly draining via screen or electronic viewfinder) OR a fucking like 2 pound vmount battery.

Holy shit, I'd heard of the guy but never looked at his stuff. How is this guy considered an authority on anything with the most generic, fucking boring gallery I've ever seen. Also KEK the flash on this camera in his photo.

The criticism is more on people who take the ultra customizable platform, and then proceed to kit out their Sony FX3 or A7SIII and kit it out the exact same way as everyone else. I have my gripes with the cubes but customization is not one of them.
