Also upper management is literally pic related. They are like a bunch of hipsters at a modern art expo. They know jack shit, and most likely know the rest know jack shit but they just keep rubbing each other's dick.
I've had meetings with external teams and the amount of buzzword salad spouting was insane.
Also from time to time they find an "expert" on some subject and act as he's the second coming of Christ.
Last one is the AI expert, who told us to stop using Copilot because it is "obsolete". I told him to explain me that reasoning while doing an in depth analysis of Copilot and the guy went pale.
