This is bullshit.
At a certain age you lose the ability to function efficiently, meaning even with all the wisdom in the world you won’t be able to implement it properly and relate to 90% of the human population.
The key is a balance between wisdom and the ability to still remain somewhat youthful in your approach to implementing that wisdom. If you have too much of one side of the spectrum without the other, that’s when you get issues.
ALL Of the leaders we trust these days are wise, but completely at the end of their prime and lack the fundamental ability to get things done in an efficient way.
It’s time to stop letting 60+ year olds run the clown show. Physical age means very little.
