Because I've been reading comics since the 80's, and the art today is leagues beyond what I suffered through. You're nitpicking a SINGLE page. How's the rest of the book? These guys churn out hundreds of pages per year under pretty harsh deadlines. They're going to have one or two stinkers. Janin's Grayson was great. Here's another example of his art.
