There is literally 0 reason to kick inactives if your platoon cannot even fill to capacity. That's not being careless, that's being pragmatic. Why would you kick someone that has been offline for 30 days that has a chance of coming back at some point if your platoon still has 1-2 empty slots you can't fill at all, and you're still getting top 2%. Wondering what your poorly thought out answer is.
