Most of the content that got dropped from what I remember was mostly slice of life office romance stuff with more of the other characters appearing, there may or may not have been some extra bits of lore, but I'm pretty sure the show aired most of the important details
one big thing the anime left out was the porn theater kudo would randomly go to by himself turned out to actually be important in the finale like the fish
