It's not hidden in the EULA. All live service games tell you that you have to be logged in to play their games directly.
But if you feel like they're still not direct enough, then I'm all for advocating to make it clearer. Would you agree to a message that pops up during the game's title cards that explains the terms? maybe give it some bells and whistles to alert the player?
