Siege of shadowdale>Crimson tides>Tyrants of the moonsea is the intended "trilogy" of modules but you can easily slot Darkness over Daggerford in there instead as it has a similar level range to crimson tides and the plots aren't really connected other than a few references and hints of a greater plot that will be concluded in the authors future modules.
If you've already finished darkness over daggerford and want to keep playing with that character just transfer them to moonsea.
I beat shadowdale and crimson tides recently and really enjoyed them (mostly crimson tides, shadowdale is a little basic) I'd recommend playing them at some point.
I haven't actually played moonsea yet, I should get on that.
