I know it's out of character for him to say "you have a beautiful body" in the first panel, but, I want him to say it to her lol, maybe I'll remove that in the final page.

Could be, but it doesn't hinder the result. That's preferable to a badly done coloring that hurts the finished piece. This looks nice.

Style and skill wise this is beautiful. But if you're asking how to make her more feminine, I think that making her shoulders less beefy could do the trick, and adding a little bit of a shapely curve on her hips.
