The sense of entitlements that the Skyrim modding community has is unreal. This community expects mods/modlists to remain free but have the expectations of modders/modlist makers at the same level of a company offering paid products/services with customer service. This is why I am glad when the free modders and modlist authors ignore the community backlash/feedback and do whatever the fuck they want. When it comes to modders joining the paid creations program, then, I do think that people are more entitled to have the expectations of paid customer service/products/services.
