Without someone to lower the ban-hammer on this bullshit it will invariably grow exponentially. People will realize that being hard working, honest, and moral just gets you screwed instead of rewarded, and then everything falls apart until the society rots from the inside (like ALL non-white countries right now).
In the past that would mean being taken over by a neighboring kingdom, but now, with nukes, I don't know how that would end.
