You bring up some good points but I don't think people are going to forget the sight of dead children getting maimed by bombs or how much Western governments twisted and contorted themselves into defending Israel no matter what. To suggest otherwise means being in an echo chamber. Normalfaggots around the world weren't screaming "Death to the IDF" at the top of their lungs in 2008 or 2014.
