won't say you're wrong, but I never really see any swat kats discussion beyond lusting after callie beyond the odd good /co/ thread that talks about the show and isn't immediately sidetracked by her; regardless, I'm sure it does have good name recognition compared to most shows of its time
to be sure, it is a good show, I was really surprised when I watched it for the first time a few years ago and found it very entertaining
the painted backgrounds were really nice, really miss this in cartoons
