Spent about 3 hours testing this, seems like the solution is to:
1. Clear Gale/r2modman cache.
2. Export profile as code.
3. Delete profile.
4. Reimport the entire profile.

Some core dependencies (RoR2BepInExPack, r2modman) updated this week, and updates to those tend to cause lots of weird mystery errors.
Was testing with >>1757434 and the exact same code was broken until I did the cache clear + reimport, and I checked with updated mods to make sure those weren't causing issues.
