As a PSA, if you've only seen the Gash/Zatch Bell anime, read the manga
The anime was a shit adaptation (aside from the music) that on top of tons of issues with filler and poor art/animation, eventually diverged entirely from the manga's plotline, and then never adapted the final arc in any capacity. T
he manga is also legitmately one of if not the best battle shonen ever made and entirely avoids a lot of common problems the genre like how the cast gets sidelined, the pacing gets bloated, and the stakes/power level escalation goes out of control over time: Gash/Zatch Bell doesn't struggle with any of that and only gets better the further in you get, the only caveat is doesn't have as strong a start as other shonen (since it only switches from a villain of the week format to full arcs and gets super tactical fights a bit of a the way in)
There's a new/ongoing updated fan-made english translation that uses new high-resolution digital rips (with official color pages) from the Kanzenbans, which you can find on Mangadex under the "NEW fan translation" listing by Zatch Bell Makai. That's only done through volume 8 I think so far, but Mangadex will automatically switch you over to the older NULL scans once you get past that point. (There's also the A-Destiny scans as an option for vol 18 onwards: A-destiny has more awkward wording, but less mistranslations then NULL, i'd just stick with NULL DESU). You'll also want to read the "Kazenban extras" chapter listing for the Gash Cafe chapters, and the "Kanzenban special book" chapter listing for the Gaiden chapter, both of which lead into the ongoing sequel manga which has it's own series listing on Mangadex.
