Hi anons, former powerlifter fatty here here who's shifted to cardio and been cutting the past 2 months or so. I'm currently able to maintain a 5:30/mile pace for half a mile or so before gassing out. I've been maintaining speed and slowly increasing distance over time. I feel like this is probably retarded; is it?
