All true, but that goes for all Betancuria areas. They looked pretty, but essentially they were just a bunch of plot points. Now, there's a lot of space, a lot of houses (that are a pain in the ass to navigate, since barely any numbered houses are indicated on the map, unlike the original), and the capital feels like an actual city. I miss area taking shitton of space in the west, being all big and round, taking most of the map, but I very much liked the new 'restricted' section of the map there, the Dhorn district, it's great.

Still, I wish the harbor had more canals, and the new sewers weren't so hard to navigate. It feels like lesson 'get trapped' 7 is a casual walk compared to this stinky hell. Also, not a big fan of new noble manor assets (aka Tony's or Simon's mansion), feels too modern compared to other medieval houses.

I suppose I just wish there was a v1.5. Some things make more sense in 1.0 in terms of level design, and you can see the remnants of cut decisions in 2.0 still. Especially noticeable if you play the original right after 2 and EE.
