It's still good if you have a big stash of money or a good salary. Yes the woman are getting a bit uppity lately but the real economy is doing badly, wouldn't take much to get them back to behaving. They recently made it easier to become a citizen if you marry a Vietnamese woman no language test and son on needed apparently, so buying land and so on is accessible if you're willing to become a dual citizen and have a loyal wife.
