>he faces anime-tier villains of the week/season, from crazy psychos, cold calculated "all according to keikaku" masterminds to cartoonish evil twin killers
>has obnoxious edgy anime-tier fanbase jerking over "LE TURN INTO LE HEISENBERG" moments which is literally "forgive me sensei, i have to go all out" trope
All that it has missing is some tournament arc or something.
