In retrospect, the whole of BCS and BB having the cartel throughout, Gus Lalo Eladio etc, and the final boss is a few white guys in a shed, cheapens it all.

Im in the last episodes of S3 and I cant fully tell if OP is full of shit or not, but if you want to blame the show for something, blame it for some stupid false flag cliffhanger scenes that has in the beginning of some episodes, and the excessive usage of deus ex machina to move the plot forward

I've tried to get into anime but it's so corny to me, something like breaking bad has moments that are a bit too hokey but it usually takes itself seriously and the acting and drama back it up I rarely got taken out of the action.
