First, download the letters you want. Then, open them in a video editor; I used Clipchamp because it's free. Change the background color to something like blue, as you'll need to chroma key it out later. You may also need to resize the letters. After saving your video, upload the file to ezgif.com to convert it into a GIF. Once you convert it, go to the Effects section, scroll down to "Replace color with transparency," and choose the background color you selected. And then you’re done. Takes only a few minutes at worst.
