I live in boston. The streets are narrow. The light cycles are seemingly designed to keep you trapped. Traffic is so heavy often. You have to be aggressive but predictable. You should have moved further up. when you move further up you have less distance to cover turning left and can turn sooner rather than later. You are coming to a red light and there is an open lane? Switch without signaling. Once that light turns green you floor it to the next light. You are about to move through an intersection and the light is turning yellow? Ride the slow morons bumper And overtake them or undertake if you need be and cut ahead of them. Boston traffic is like a fat man's arteries. Any opportunity you see to get ahead you JUMP on it. If you are not aggressive in Boston you will be last. Every one else is some schmuck in your way and should have been aborted by their mother for being a stupid slow retard at the wheel.
