The final level of the original NES Blaster Master scared the utter shit out of me as a kid. The music is incredibly unnerving and the visuals didn't help either, going from a bouncy sci-fi romp to crawling through a giant intestinal tract. "Guts" levels have given me the heebie-jeebies for as long as I can remember and I think this one is why.
