If you truly don't want to roll fro Brant (even though he is one of the most fun and universal resonators and he's playstyle feels like you are Levi from Attack on Titan) then you should roll for Ciaccona to complete the Aero team. You could also roll for Zhezhi for Carlotta, but it is not a must. What you need is elemental coverage, to make sure you can use any buffs in any game mode. Your teams:
-Aero: Cartethyia, Aero Rover
-Fusion: Lupa, Changli
-Glacio: Carlotta
-Spectro: Phoebe, Zani
This means you need a Havoc team and an Electro team. Since you will use Aero rover, you might want to build someone who is not Havoc Rover. Your best bet would be Cammelya, since she can be used with Sanhua a 4* and she can use Emerald of Genesis. For Electro, Yinlin and Xinagli Yao are too expensive, they need both their weapons and they are cluncky, I would rather wait for Augusta or patch 3.0 and Electro Sentinel Resonator.
