I imagine this conversation happened---

designer: here boss! what if we put a figure exactly like YOU into the core group! it will be so inspirational for little kids!

boss:I'm so flattered! o-only if you guys think that's a good idea, I don't want to seem like I'm trying to push myself or my life choices into the product

designer: oh,no! that's not it at all! also, isn't it funny that kids like poop? we noticed you have a pile on your desk

boss: poop you say? haha yeah let's make sure to put that in every set we can.... because the kids think it's funny. you said that, right?

designer: totally. by the way, employee reviews are coming up. I just want you to know I think your policies are the best!

boss: hey. I'm just approving of YOUR designs! you are the one really doing the good job!
