The Motorad fleet ships are tough as fuck, it's a requirement for needing to roll over and flatten cities, but their bridge is still a weak spot, although more heavily protected than most other ships. There was even that episode where the LM caused one of the motorad escort cruisers to flip and crash into another ship by intentionally fucking up the terrain in front, and both ships still didn't explode completely, but there were secondary explosions that heavily damaged one and crippled the other.
There's also the episode at sea where Odelo accidentally snipes the bridge of one of those motorad ships, proving it was possible, just difficult since he hit it completely by luck. It's just stupid how the wheels became a magnet for almost all of the LM's attacks, it's as dumb as Kira continuously firing at the Destroy's shields ineffectively.
