I don't want a matcha latte sipping bimbo twig to be my elite amazonian warrior, sure she's enhanced by magic but she still lives for battle meaning she's trained since she could walk and that oughta build muscle. If you want a petite scrawny type why not supergirl? Her powers come from the sun and the plot just by existing so she doesn't need to train at all plus she's got that relaxed happy personality so she probably only trains if it's something fun like racing or whatnot
