I didn’t actually know it was an actual Pokémon of hers because USUM are too hard to stand playing(fucking Rotom dex, I’ll hurl you into a wormhole you’ll never escape from) so I wondered why Clefairy lol. I mean, I’m SuMo she goes to Kanto, and Lusamine has a Clefable so it makes sense.

No. There is Pokémon Masters and SuMo. Sumo is better for her anyway, since I get to go to Exeggutor island with her since it’s cut in USUM, and her character is given far more growth. Lusamine’s abuse isn’t toned down, and she has the confidence to go to Kanto and find Bill on an adventure of her own.
