Too many to list for DS2. But if i had to choose one, probably the Syan's Halberd. Sexy, a good moveset especially for a halberd, good reach, and pretty well-balanced.
The only thing i liked from DS3 was the Greatsword of Astora. Long as fuck, good moveset, losers trying to parry the roll attack and getting fucked like the no-hp having bitches they were. It also looked pretty cool.

the animation is shared with the flamberge, if I remember correctly. So many good sets in 2, and you have to either kill for it or wait half way in the game. Targrey's set is beautiful, but you have to kill the man for it
