It makes more sense too, why on earth wouldn't the giantess pick a cute/hot boy instead of going for some ugly bastard. If anything the ugly bastard just gets stomped out of disgust right on the spot, while the cute boy gets to be her personal toy. It would be really immersion breaking if it was the other way around.
