Original title was 腰砕け坂の怪. 腰砕け is the name of the hill here and it means broken back literally but refers to breaking down while in the middle of something or faltering halfway. It is also a term in sumo for collapsing in the middle of a bout.
VIZ changed it since we don't have a short term for that and this works as a bit of a pun.
