I'm gonna be honest here, Hippo passed the level cap by one in the end. The level cap for this challenge is 79 (Steven's ace Megagross). I usually start the run at level 75 mons. Hippo is a traded mon and it leveled up too fast because I didn't expect it to be a Baton Pass hero. I'm not going to trade in a new hippo and raise it to lvl 74 or something. But I swear upon my ass that one level advantage has no effect on the final outcome. No meaning at all. Level 70ish Hippo could have done the same thing, so breaking the level cap and my own rules doesn't matter this time. But I won't be making a habit out of it. I'll be smarter next time. And I did this run with only four Pokemon!
Gothita and Drowzee have great support moves like Charm, Confide, Flash, and both shields. After this Buizel is ready to enter and set up Aqua Ring, Bulk up x6 and Agility x3. Then it passes that to Hippopotas and boom.
