Skin tight suits + extremely well sealed helmets have been concepted for vacuum environments before.
Way less cumbersome than a fully pressurized space suit and far lighter, while still protecting your body from the adverse effects of vacuum exposure.
There are a few big issues that made them technologically unfeasible:
A) The helmet obviously can't be skin tight, so the neck seal has to be phenomenally strong. You're wearing a champagne bottle with a cork ready to pop if it malfunctions.
B) Small holes are surprisingly enough, not a *huge* problem. Localized exposure to vacuum on small sections of skin isn't pleasant but they aren't anywhere near immediately fatal, allowing temporary patches/sprays to be applied. The issue is temperature regulation in vacuum, which may mean wearing another layer above for either cooling or heating.
C) Like the bimbo in your OP picture, the suits would be like wearing a layer of paint. Combined with point B), you would realistically wear some sort of coverall over the skinsuit for a variety of reasons.
