All of my shots and videos are with path tracing + ray reconstruction and I don't have these issues, RR specifically is a very noticeable improvement in visuals with excellent reflections being the main draw, both image reflections like on glass or puddles but also how light bounces off metallic surfaces, here's a good shiny scene in motion:
