#Additions
-The Superpower Ranking System has been implemented. Major nations can now compete to be the hegemon of the world!
-A new resource: Prestige. Gain it from winning wars and completing impressive feats, but what can be gained can be lost as well. Higher prestige will be crucial for
climbing the ranks.
-Detente: Come to an agreement with your Superpower rivals for mutual benefit. They can be broken when convenient but be aware there is a cost to betrayal.
#Changes
-Various events, national focuses, and wars now grant or remove Prestige
-Italy will now form it's own faction after the collapse of the triumviate
-The Battle for Italy will now result in a detente rather than full alliance if Japan or America manage to win
#Bug Fixes
-AI Bormann should no longer spam espionage operations at russian tags
-Warlords should now be able to raid each other and take raid related decisions
-The interface, especially regarding air forces, has been cleaned up and should no longer cause crashes

-For now I am going to be working on bug fixes, balance changes, and some tweaks to Heydrich before I move on to Speer and Bormann
