You clearly don't understand how many people have been looking at the results that 2011 competition guns get and wet-dreaming of a duty gun that was that easy to shoot. I totally agree that 99.9% of cops will never, ever, no matter how much they practice, out-shoot their issued G17, but if you're a LEA with a practically unlimited budget and a reputation for getting practically unlimited results, the temptation is there, isn't it?
